Imagination Library of Kirtland
The Imagination Library of Kirtland is a FREE early literacy program for children, birth to 5 years of age, who live in the Kirtland School District. The program is intended to aid in the development of reading skills and to encourage a love of reading. Each month a new, carefully selected, hardcover book is mailed directly to a registered child’s home. Parents then read with their child as much as possible, showing their child how a book works and associating pictures with words -- all steps along the way to learning to read!
Parents may register their preschool children several ways: on-line at www.imaginationlibrary.com or by completing a registration form at the Kirtland Public Library. For further information, you may also call the Executive Director - Paul Zuberer at (440) 812-7298.
