Mayor Potter will seek City Council approval to authorize the City of Kirtland to enter into a five-year agreement with the City of Willoughby to operate Kirtland’s Dispatch services. This partnership is projected to save Kirtland $800,000 during the next five years. As part of the process, two part-time police officers will become full time, resulting in an expanded police presence in the City. Residents and businesses can expect the same high quality of service.
